Cyberspace Committee Launches Cal. Cyberspace Law Primer

On April 21st, Cyberspace Committee Co-Chair Bennet Kelley introduced the first edition of Cyberspace Law and Policy: A Primer for State Policymakers as part of the Committee’s annual Sacramento Day.  The primer is the culmination of a four year effort launched by Kelley in 2007 following the loss of many of the key actors in internet policy due to term limits.   The Committee hopes to update the primer on an ongoing basis.
