The California Lawyers Association IP Section is hosting its 43rd IP Institute in San Jose. The brochure is below but it will include panels on privacy, CDA230, ethics credits as well as the head of the USPTO.
I will be moderating a panel on CDA 230 with Santa Clara University Law Professor Eric Goldman and Sophia Cope from the Electronic Frontier Foundation.
