Eric Goldman is a Professor of Law, and Co-Director of the High Tech Law Institute, at Santa Clara University School of Law. Professor Goldman has been a pioneer in documenting the emerging field of Emoji Law. He will be presenting on the topic tomorrow (February 12, 2019) at Santa Clara University Law School (details below).
