Part 2: Presentation by Saul Bercovitch

Saul Bercovitch is the Director of Governmental Affairs for the California Lawyers Association (CLA) and he will walk us through some of the top bills being currently being followed in Sacramento – including further amendments to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CaCPA). Saul Bercovitch joined CLA in February 2018, shortly after it was established. From 2001 until he joined CLA, Saul worked for the State Bar of California, as Legislative Counsel and as an attorney in the Office of General Counsel. He practiced civil litigation at Pettit & Martin from 1985 to 1995 and at Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro from 1995 to 1998. From 1998 to 2001, Saul was a Principal Legislative Analyst with the University of California, Office of the President.
